How to register

You need your company email from your welcome email, a credit card, and later a government-issued ID. Personal email addresses will not work.

  1. Open your exam page

Use the Certification page button on your exam's card above. Download the exam guide and read the terms and exam policy linked there before you pay.

  2. Sign in with your company email

Click Register for the exam, enter your company email and follow the sign-in prompts. There is no separate sign-up.

  3. Register and pay

Click Register for the exam again, check your order, then click Review and Pay to pay by credit card. The price shown already includes any discount.

  4. Watch for two Pearson VUE emails

Both come from PearsonVUEConfirmation@e.pearson.com: one with your username, one with a temporary password. Check spam if they don't arrive. If you already have a Pearson VUE login from an earlier Claude exam, use it; no new emails are sent.

  5. Book with Pearson VUE

Sign in at Pearson VUE, Claude Certification Program. The first time, accept the candidate agreement, set a new password and choose security questions. Then schedule online (OnVUE) or at a Pearson test center. Your registration stays valid for 5 years.

  6. Before exam day

Testing online? Run the system test on the same computer and network you'll use (see Exam day). The name in your Pearson VUE profile must match your ID exactly; request a correction at least 24 hours ahead. Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment: later changes or a no-show forfeit the fee, and cancelling in Pearson VUE does not issue a refund.

Seeing "You aren't signed in with a partner company employee email"? Check that you signed in with your company email, not a personal one. If you did and still see it, reply to your welcome email.
